iNOCA receives IFAWPACA Civil Engineering Gold Medal
INOCA Pvt Ltd had the gratifying honour of receiving the IFAWPACA Civil Engineering Gold Medal at the closing ceremony of the 45th IFAWPACA Convention held last November. This is a momentous milestone in INOCA's journey as it marks our first International Award - and to receive the award from an entity such as IFAWPACA is indeed a fortunate stroke of serendipity.
International Federation of Asian & Western Pacific Contractors Associations or 'IFAWPACA" is one of the largest multinational syndicated for the construction industry in the region. Contractors associations from almost 20 nations are unified under the IFAWPACA banner to cooperate and learn from each other. This mutual alliance is perhaps best portrayed during the annual IFAWPACA Convention hosted every 18 months by one of the member associations. This was the first time the convention was hosted by the Maldives and this event convoked several giants and key players in the Asian Construction Industry. So, it was no ordinary feat for INOCA to win this award from among the numerous other contractors.
IFAWPACA awarded the Gold Medal after careful consideration over several matters including HR Quality, Management Policies and Construction Methods. While this award stands as an attestation to INOCA's long-standing commitment to improving the quality of labour conditions and our endeavors to enhance the construction methodologies and technologies, INOCA takes this award as as inspiration to further improve ourselves in these matters.
